Downtowns largely embrace old and new. It was important that the new brand platform for DDI do the same for its varied audiences, from the CEOs of large companies looking to relocate their businesses, to potential developers, to young families and individuals looking for an active, vibrant, and modern place live and play. The creative team developed a balanced identity system building off iconic buildings in Downtown Dallas with a contemporary magenta-based palette. The brand package was further developed into a supporting sub-brand system for their parks and green space.
